Waverly Family Practice and Laurel Medical Practice have joined forces into a newly renovated space on the 2nd Floor of 1228 Harden Street, the old Administration office. The name of the practice is Waverly Family Practice and houses our Cooperative Care Program. Behavioral Health will also be added as a new service.
