Draft Environmental Review
Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center (Cooperative) announces the draft Environmental Review for a new construction project. The Cooperative is a 330e Federally Qualified Health Center serving low-income and medically underserved populations in four central counties of South Carolina. The Cooperative proposes to construct a new 9,000 square foot primary care center in its Cayce/West Columbia service area in South Carolina.
This new construction project will be funded through a Health Infrastructure Investment Program grant awarded to the Cooperative by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Funding source requirements include receiving public comments.
Public review and comment on the draft Environmental Review are invited. A hard copy is available for review at our administrative offices located at 1800 Saint Julian Place, Ste. 306, Columbia SC 29204 or online at www.ecchc.org. Please scroll down to upload the document.
